Crisp fall days filled with adventure await in Harrison County, Indiana. Deere Farms Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch is a perfect way to spend the day with family and friends. Explore Southern Indiana’s largest professionally designed corn maze that features multiple mazes covering 12 acres and includes over 5 miles of paths. Maze goers can choose from the intermediate/ family maze or bring their sense of adventure and tackle the advanced maze. The fun does not stop there! Take a barrel train ride, a pony ride or watch the pig races. If that isn’t enough to tucker you out, jump in the pumpkin bounce house or climb the tire mountain. All the fun will be sure to work up an appetite. Choose from Jumbo 12oz smoked butter-fly pork chops, grilled chuck burgers, roasted corn on the cob, an awesome apple cider slushie, pumpkin caramel cheesecake and more.

Your fall adventure is not complete without picking out a pumpkin. Deere Farms not only has a huge pumpkin patch filled with pumpkins of all sizes, but they also have pink pumpkins! You can also take the pumpkin patch shuttle to and from the pumpkin patch. The Deere Farms Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch is open September 26 – October 31.

Harrison County is also home to two Farmer’s Markets. The markets feature the best of locally grown vegetables, meat, plants and locally made crafts and more. The newest Farmer’s Market, the Fred Cammack Farmer’s Market is open on Friday evenings from 4-7 and located at 124 S. Mulberry St. Corydon, IN 47112. The Harrison County Farmer’s Market located at 1390 Old Highway 135 in Corydon, IN 47112 is still going strong after 26 seasons and is open Saturday mornings from 8-noon.
